2014 - Medical Mission

A new orphanage recently open in Hoc Mon, Vietnam, and they requested a visit from our staff. We were more than willing to assist and provide both supplies and medical care to the children.

With success in Vong Tau City, a similar distribution of supplies and medical screening was provided at Ben Tre, Vietnam.

A larger team was able to revisit a previous site for follow-up. We saw old faces and met new one on our return visit. Unfortunately, there were some children who were no present on our return visit.

Nearly 300 blind individuals waited in the rain for supplies and medical care in Vong Tau City, Vietnam. Over 2500 lbs of supplies were distributed along with health care screening.

University Medical Center Hospital provided us the opportunity to explore and exchange medical ideas at a tertiary level care facility

The sixth and final destination of Doctor Abroad Foundation 2014 medical mission ended in the city of Bien Hoa.
